Good morning,
Happy New Year.
This is just a short email (received 6th January 2009) to let you know that we are safely back in Australia after our travels all over the UK and Europe.
I would also like to thank you very much for the wonderful accommodation we had in Aviemore. We were more than comfortable and we all enjoyed ourselves.
We have been watching the weather since leaving Aviemore and it seems that winter has well and truly dropped in to say hello.
Thank you very much for the Christmas sweets that you left in our rooms. It was a lovely touch and we all enjoyed them.
Thank you again and I hope that 2009 is a good year for you.

I know you don't arrange the weather or your guests but I thoroughly enjoyed the Bunkhouse experience, being used to more insular hotels and B&B. The friendly atmosphere and comfortable accommodation stand out and it beats camping. Kind Regards, John A Malcolm - (email received 18th Feb 2009)
